Season

fall starts,

leaves fall nonstop,

like the heart of a kind,

with the wind frosty in the fall,

farewell

Notes

I like this style! It's called Cinquain style. It's a syllable base poem. The syllables goes 2-4-6-8-2. the reason why I like the style is because it gives me more freedom to create a flow. Haiku is too small while the lunes are truly limited. Next poem might be Tanka. It's the Japanese version of this style. Heck, cinquain is an inspiration of tanka so tanka is the pioneer of this kind of style.
