two planets exist

inside the boy's messy mind

perhaps that's a lie

not two, mayhaps thirty-one?

makeshift milky way is built

when the day rises

chaos and harmony grow

when the night will peak

uncertain and certain shows

cursed boy of reverie

one world is ignored

a planet so beautiful

yet the boy averts

a splendid name they call earth

he fears earth yet he loves earth

inconsistent boy

who lives like a vagabond

escapes from the truth

runs from the reality

hides from himself and people

thirty-one planets,

exists in this poor boy's mind,

pretty scenarios,

the endless time he had spent

building the beautiful lives

thirty-one of lives,

yet the one world that matters

ever forgotten

the illusions he creates

to ease the life of sorrow

thirty-one sorrows,

the people that the boy cared

forever ignored

for he now has these creatures

he had built, living inside

thirty-one creatures,

when will the boy realize

he lives in a room

where he only cleans to feel

it is the worlds he must clean

thirty-one garbage,

the ever starlights are now gone

he sits then lays down

deprived of his one solace

he cries in the name of lies

thirty-one deceits,

the sight of the mossed ceiling

chained the lost being

the broom is lost, the dust hushed

cracks and weeds revealed the room

now the Earth replied

regained its supposed glory

he's still lying down,

chained by Earth, chained by his mind

nightmare of the daydreamer
