Full Moon

Flies the dust

Under the starry night

Looking for someone to trust

Lest it forget its sight

Mustered its courage to feel

Overestimating its ability to heal

Oh, but it is a mere dust

None shall know its lunacy to lust

Notes

This was fascinating. Acrostic + rhyme scheme + compound word. Making a rhyme scheme is quite interesting as the rhymes will lead the flow of your poem. Well, it lead the flow for me because I'm still a beginner at making a rhyme scheme vibe thus I had to be dependent with what words I can use to fit my vibe. It's fun and challenging. Should I do a 1 week rhyme scheme next next week. Who knows?
