Palm Tree

the tree showed its palm

gazing at the horizon

a yearn to be damned

what could be the end of it?

the sun? or the dreamer's slum?

Notes

I wanted to try prompts from bing gpt so I did. I asked for 10 prompts and one of it was making a poem about The Unreachable. I guess the horizon is unreachable so I went with that. Also it's Tanka, hehe.
